How are these made?

My artwork is done by taking a screenshot of an existing model reference (an in-game screenshot, VR chat model, Final Fantasy 14 Gpose, etc) and stylizing them with my personal flair and detail. This process is similar to Rotoscoping, with the level of detail added changing depending on the commission. When commissioning me for any of the above options, a picture with the character in the pose you'd like must be provided.
Note: Requests for drawing over references or artworks drawn by other artists will not be accepted.

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the Terms of Service.
I reserve the right to refuse to accept or cancel any commission. Rude and disrespectful behaviour will result in immediate cancelling of the commission.[Before the commission]
Please ensure that you have read the full Terms of Service. Provide a clear description of what you’d like, as well as clear references of your character.[Payment]
All commission fees are in USD ($). Invoices will be sent out via PayPal. Payment is required in full up front before work on the commission will begin. Extra complexities requested in the discussion process may increase the total cost of the commission.[Process]
In-progress pictures will be sent after each step of the drawing process. Edits can be requested at these points in time. Major edits late into the drawing process and/or excessive minor edits may incur fees. Edits due to mistakes of my own will be free.[Lead time]
Depending on the commission type chosen, lead time can be as short as a few days up to a few weeks. Closer estimations can be made during the discussion process.[After the commission]
As a service to commissioners, I provide a roughly 1-2 day period for final edit requests to be made after the artwork's completion. This is to account for post-completion excitement potentially causing something to be missed. At this point it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they are completely satisfied with the finished product before concluding our transaction fully.
Completed commissions will be posted to the carrd gallery and my Bluesky untagged (unless by request not to do so).[Refunds]
You may cancel the commission at any time. If cancelled, a refund amount will be returned based on the amount of work not yet completed. Once the product is finished and has been sent to the commissioner, confirmation is made that the artwork is to their liking, and the 1-2 day grace period has passed, this concludes the transaction. Refunds will not be provided after final confirmation of the artwork's completion.[License]
The commission is yours for personal use, be it as an avatar, posting it on social media, or otherwise. However, commercial rights (advertising, merchandise, etc), can be purchased for 300% the base price of the commission.
Please do not imply the artwork was done by you or anyone else other than myself (this includes posting on social media or sharing it out in the world). Do not edit, alter, crop out any signatures, or use the images in AI, NFTs, or otherwise. Please provide credit for the work done when posted elsewhere.[Questions?]
